I worked a contract for Levolor at Newell-Rubbermaid from October 2012-January 2013 and again from April 2013-January 2014. The following is an overview of the various projects I worked on. Because this work was done for Levolor at Newell-Rubbermaid, all rights belong to them, and therefore I can not get in to much detail.

 

     I produced 3D modeling of various components. Some of these components were pre-existing and some I created from napkin sketches. Sometimes, I was asked to aid in the design of these parts. I produced the assemblies for these blinds and created part and assembly drawings for plants in Mexico, Canada, and China. I also did some work at the local manufacturing and prototyping plant, including prototyping blinds and engineering testing components.
